This Shipping / Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains how we deliver digital products purchased from our website/store operated by CWIŁŁ / GETLOSTMUSIC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Digital Delivery (No Physical Shipping)

We sell digital audio products (beat files). There is no physical shipment and no shipping of tangible items.

2. Delivery Timing

After you place an order and the payment is confirmed, we will deliver the purchased digital product through the store’s delivery process. Delivery timing may vary depending on checkout/payment processing.

3. Delivery Method

Delivery is provided electronically using our store’s digital download/delivery system or an equivalent delivery workflow.

4. File Formats and Scope

File formats and what you receive (including any limitations such as WAV-only or whether stems are excluded) are determined by the applicable product listing and the applicable Beat License Agreement for that product.

5. Access Issues

If you have trouble accessing your purchased files, contact psxcwill@gmail.com and include your order number. We will assist with access where possible.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All sales of digital products are final. Once delivered or made available electronically, we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations.
